I’d been avoiding Noom. It costs money. It involves interacting with people. It means I’ll be tracking all my food and steps.
Ugh.
But … my best friend has been Nooming for a couple months, and, dammit, she’s seeing great results. In fact, she’s hit her goal!
I need that in my life these days, hitting fitness goals. My fitness has gone off the rails lately. I’m almost 60 years old, and while I’m still pretty spry and durable, my fitness is not where I want it to be. Perhaps Noom can help.
After all, Noom is “Making Healthy Living Easy”, and I need that. I need my healthy lifestyle to be easy.
So I went to the website to sign up. That was simple. It’s a 14-day Free Trial, but, of course, they took my credit card info, so they are very ready to charge me once the 14 days are up.
Note to self: Don’t forget to cancel during the trial period. I’m not being negative here, just practical. I don’t have money to throw away on something that doesn’t work.
I’ll give it a good try, though. Fact is, I’m looking forward to it!
