These are some of my favorite disc golf instructional videos for backhand throwing. The backhand is the most basic throw in disc golf. Some people find a forehand to be more natural for them. It’s not for me.

These are some of my favorite disc golf videos for putting. Putting is the one piece of the game that everyone can do somewhat equally with enough practice. If I could consistently make putts from 30-45 feet, I could win much more often.
Bump that. If I could make consistently make puts from 20-35 feet, I could win much more often!

I like eggs. No, I love eggs! People talk about cheese as the food that keeps them from “going vegan”, but for me it’s eggs. (And maybe ice cream/gelato, but that’s another discussion altogether.)
As much as I enjoy eggs, though, I’ve never eaten a lot of quiche. I don’t find the idea of an egg pie appetizing. My partner, Fálki, though — I discovered during one recent discussion — has enjoyed quiche on many occasions.
During that discussion, she mentioned a hashbrown-crusted quiche, and my curiosity was piqued. Hmmm… Now that sounds interesting!

Who’d have guessed back in March that one of the best things to come out of this covidcrisis would be my discovery of the wonders of a bidet?
Remember how there was a wild run on toilet paper early in the pre-lockdown phase? My solution was to buy a 48-roll box from Who Gives A Crap. It’s bamboo TP — better for the environment, as bamboo is an eminently renewable resource — and not expensive. Great find, I thought, because I hadn’t been able to source inexpensive bamboo TP locally. Thanks, Facebook ad!
But then one day, when I was out, my partner — you can find her at Falcon & Acorn — installed a new Tushy Classic Bidet.
